All Nia classes are open to anybody who is willing to show up and allow freedom to move from freeform to movement forms created for pleasure.
*Due to studio space availability, participants must pre register and/or call the day of the class or night before.

- Private Sessions
- $65 per hour
- Movement Therapy (2-3 hours)
- On and off the dance floor. $150 per session
In order to experience mind body transformation, an ongoing practice is recommended. Minimum of two classes per week to maximum of three giving the body and mind a chance to embrace and get to know the new you.
